ADP values its customers and respects their privacy. As a company we are committed to creating a safe environment for you to do business. Business and/or personal information is used only to conduct business directly with you and we will always protect your privacy. It is our desire to be accurate in gathering e-mail, phone numbers, or business addresses only in the course of doing business with you.
OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Any information supplied to us is used only in the course doing business with ADP. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third parties without your consent. When on our web site we may track the internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics. We use information collected on the site to evaluate how the site is being used. For example, we may collect and analyze information about how many visitors went to certain pages and how long they may have stayed on a page. This information allows us to determine which pages are popular and enables us to provide visitors with a more enriching experience on our Web site. However, individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are. Information retrieved for analyzing purposes of data trends and statistics will be stored for approximately 30 days, and information voluntarily shared with us will be maintained as long as ADP deems it necessary in the course of doing business with you. Personal or business information may include, but is not limited to: name, address, phone number (s) and email addresses.
SECURITY
Should you choose to share your personal or business information we strive to protect your personal information. Unfortunately, however, no data transmissions over the internet are guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmissions, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.

SAFE HARBOR COMPLIANCE
ADP is in compliance with the U.S. Department of Commerce Safe Harbor requirements regarding the transfer of personal information from European Union member countries to the United States. ADP has been Self-Certified in accordance with the EU Directive on Personal Data Protection. The principles of Safe Harbor compliance are:
- Notice - Individuals must be informed that their data is being collected and about how it will be used;
- Choice - Individuals must have the ability to opt out of the collection and forward transfer of the data to third parties;
- Onward Transfer - Transfers of data to third parties may only occur to other organizations that follow adequate data protection principles;
- Security - Reasonable efforts must be made to prevent loss of collected information;
- Data Integrity - Data must be relevant and reliable for the purpose for which it was collected;
- Access - Individuals must be able to access information held about them, and correct or delete it if it is inaccurate;
- Enforcement - There must be effective means of enforcing these rules.

Members of the European Union
If you are a resident of a Member State of the European Union and have any concerns or complaints, please first address these issues to the Privacy Officer. Advanced Displays is located in the United States, as are the servers that make our websites available. If the Privacy Officer does not satisfactorily address a complaint within thirty (30) days, any dispute, controversy or claim shall be settled by an arbitration administered by an arbitration agency, such as the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). All arbitrations will be conducted in English. Judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The costs of the arbitration will be borne equally by the parties. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy in whole or in part at any time. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our Web Site and will replace any prior policies which are inconsistent. Notification will be posted on our web site advising of any changes.
